Covid-19 - Possible Delivery Delays!

***IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT CURRENT POSTING WAIT TIMES***
Thank you to everyone who has been patiently waiting for posting, Royal Mail are experiencing huge delays at the moment due to various reasons including the Pandemic, Black Friday and Christmas shopping.
They’re working really hard to get through a back log AND keep up with current demand.
We send all products within 24 hours of receiving your order and we don’t charge for postage unless you’re a abroad.
We can not control the speed at which Royal Mail then deliver to you. Under normal circumstances you would receive within 5 working days, however at the moment some customers have received their order up to three weeks late!
Please be kind to small businesses, we’re all doing our best and have no control whatsoever once your item is sent.
We send confirmation emails or texts (which ever you opt for in checkout) and provide a tracking code which does not update until your items are delivered.
If you need you order in a hurry please order via Amazon. Most of our products are on there 🤗
Just to let everyone know, final Christmas posting date is Friday 18th December.

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

We do not charge for delivery, and we use Royal Mail second class post. Under normal circumstances, Royal Mail says to give at least 10 working days for delivery and our products are usually received within a couple of days of ordering, however some customers are experiencing longer than normal wait times due to delays caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic. 

If you are still waiting for your parcel and it has been more than 10 working days, please feel free to get in touch. 

Posting to anywhere outside of the UK is not tracked, however the same rules apply. Please wait up to 10 working days and if you have not received your order, it may have been delayed at customs.
