Returns & Refunds
At Gummee, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our small family business, which is why we offer a simple and friendly returns policy.
If you would like to return your order, we offer a 100% money back guarantee within 14 calendar days of purchase.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, we will happily replace the item once the faulty product has been returned to us for inspection. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe an item may be faulty.
If you’re unsure whether a Gummee product will be suitable for your baby or loved one before ordering, please don’t hesitate to contact us at jodine@gummee.life and we’ll always do our very best to help answer any questions.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we may be able to offer an exchange or refund if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. In these situations, we kindly ask that items are returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that if a product has been opened or used, this may affect eligibility for a full refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your request falls outside of the 14 day period, we may still be able to help at the discretion of Gummee Ltd. Please contact us and we will always do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution wherever possible.
